This was a UX research-focused toy project conducted by a team of five UX/UI designers. We examined the disconnected user experience between Airbnb’s Stays and Experiences services. Through user segmentation, surveys, and usability testing, we identified key usability issues and proposed strategies to create a more cohesive and unified user flow.
